The author, Spiros Sideris was born and
raised in Athens, Greece.
He came to the United
States on June 17, 1979.
Spiros finished art and movie school located in Athens.
He worked as an electrician, special effects and assistant camera
man on such films as "Zorbathe Greek", "Cannons of Navarone","Lion of Sparta", "General Patton" and many other European and
Greek films.
He has also sculpted religious icons and chalices
made of silver and gold for the Greek churches and monasteries. He has shown his original handmade works in many art galleries and exhibits in upstate New York.
